Please click on the icon next to the right of a question to reveal an answer !   What shipping arrangements do you have? All our garments are shipped using Australia Post as our courier. Australia Post deliver anywhere in the world.   How long will it be before I receive my garment? Please allow about 4 to 5 working days if you are in Australia. Deliveries overseas will take between 7 and 11 working days.   How much does shipping cost? Within Australia, we have a flat shipping and handling fee of AUD$6.00 per garment. International orders have a flat shipping and handling fee of AUD$12.00 per garment. For costs associated with shipping multiple garments, please drop us an email and we will let you know the shipping cost. Can I still order a garment? Yes. International visitors can use our entire service, including being able to use your credit card for payment on line. We accept VISA Card, Master Card, Bank Card and American Express.   What are your garment sizes? No. It is something we will look to implement in the near future.   Can I have a different coloured garment? At this stage our garments are only available in white and a light grey. At a later stage, we may increase the colour range.   Are there any special washing instructions? Yes. Wait about a week before the first wash. It is highly recommended that prior to washing that you always turn the garment inside out. Warm hand washing is preferable, but machine washing with a water temperature of a maximum of 40°C is acceptable. Do not use bleach or fabric softner during the wash.   Can I use a tumble dryer? If using a tumble dryer, do so at low temperatures with the T Shirt turned inside out.   Can I iron the garment? Cover the image with a cloth before ironing. After washing, hot ironing of the image is recommended as it will enhance the colors.   Will the garments shrink after washing? Yes. As with all cotton based products you can expect about 6-8% shrinkage under normal conditions. It is advisable to order the ³next size up² to compensate for the shrinkage.   What payment options do I have? € Credit Card Online. This is the most efficient. Our system has been designed to accept online credit card payments with security provided by National Australia Bank via the National Secure Internet Payment Services Gateway (NSIPS). Any VISA Card, Master Card or Bank Card holder can purchase garments. Just as anyone travelling overseas can use their credit cards for making a purchase. The transaction, however, is conducted in Australian Dollars and the foreign currency conversion is then handled by your local bank.   I wish to order a large number of garments (more than 10), do you offer special pricing? Please Click Here to view garment pricing information.   What is your guarantee? Design a T Shirt Online offers a ten day money back guarantee, for a 100% refund. If you are unhappy with the garment, return it to us within 10 working days and we will refund the money. The postage or delivery cost of returning the garment must be borne by you.   Do you have a Replacement or Return Policy? Any garment that arrives damaged may be returned within 10 days of purchase for replacement or refund. Please note that the refunded amount will not include the postage incurred to return the goods. Prior to returning a garment, fill out the return details on the Return Authorization Form, print it and include it with your garment in the mail.   How safe is my information within eMagination? We take your privacy very seriously. We do not share any personally identifiable information with third parties without your permission. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.   Why do you ask for my email? To correctly identify your print design within our system, we use your email address as the "key" to identify the design, the creator and the relevant shipping address. Because everyone¹s email address is unique, we don¹t have to worry about people choosing the same ³key². As well, we may need to communicate with you. We may need to contact you if we have difficulty processing your design or we encounter any issues with delivery.   What is your e-commerce solution and is it secure? Design A T Shirt Online has partnered with National Australia Bank to ensure that all web transactions are processed with the highest levels of security. National Australia Bank has a secure payment gateway which meets the stringent requirements of the banking authorities. Being part of the National Australia Bank itself, transactions occuring on the National Secure Internet Payment Services gateway (NSIPS) occur directly inside the banking system. During the transaction, sensitive information such as name, address and credit card details are protected and encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to transfer the information securely from your web browser to our server. From our web server your credit card information is passed through the National Payment Gateway using a virtual private network that ensures the highest integrity of your data and your privacy.   How safe are my Credit Card details? Your card details are accepted and processed by the National Australia Bank directly (during the payment process all details are encrypted by industry-strength 128-bit encryption at all times). At no time does Design a T Shirt OnLine ever receive, process or see your credit card details - all payment details are accepted and secured independently by the National Australia Bank for the highest level of security.   How long does the Transaction process take? Typically transactions take about 10 - 15 second¹s to get a response back from the National Australia Bank Payment Gateway.   How much time do I have to design my image? As long as you want. It could take you from five minutes to an hour to design your image and it will depend on how quickly you work. If, however, you leave our website and log off, your data will be saved on our servers for 24 hours after which the data will be automatically removed. If you return after 24 hours, you will have to start designing your image all over again.   Can I upload my own pictures to use in my design? Yes. We encourage you to do this. You may upload your pictures in a variety of graphics formats. Information about acceptable graphic formats is displayed during the Upload process.   Can I place a banner ad on your site? Yes.
